How to make a HEALTHY breakfast (by beatrice) :D

=))) for those who wanna do this,take the Thousand Island sauce & chilli sauce,turn them over,and squeeze the bottle and draw anything you want :D
TA-DAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! you can now eat your healthy breakfast!

And add the Thousand Island sauce,again!



Add your alfafa.........(optional)


Or perhaps,put some vegges again and some sunflower seeds....




Put some chilli sauce..........(optional)






Then add another piece of ham.





And then the Thousand Island sauce............








Put the vegge....................







Put a slice of ham...










Take out a piece of bread...........









Prepare orange juice! =D











AND AND AND these are MUST ADD-ON sauces!!! Lady's Choice Thousand Island Sauce & Heinz B.B.Q sauce ( remember those names)












And add some alfafa!!!(optional) I am NOT an alfafa lover













3rdly,go buy some veggies (optional) and this is....im not sure what vegge this is LOL














2ndly,take a piece of ham(well,yeah,the usual ones) and slice them thinly into many pieces.so everyone can share it (don't be so greedy to eat the whole piece of ham by yourself lol)















1stly,buy a loaf of Gardenia bread,look carefully,its GREEEEN in colour ( dun buy the wrong one,cuz it won't taste the same!)its WHOLEMEAL and and and MAKE SURE you check the expiry date before purchasing!


It was Sunday morning! (yay) and we made healthy breakfast to eat hehe.so if you wanna stay healthy,eat this everyday (no guarantee you won't die tho heeee)
